1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between kingclub ("Platform", "we", "us") and you as a user ("Member", "you") with respect to the use of all services provided through the kingclub platform, including but not limited to Live Casino games, Slot Games, Sports Betting, Fish Shooting Games, the deposit and withdrawal system, and all other features available on the platform.

By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and all additional rules that may be set from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use the kingclub platform.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the kingclub platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

3 Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to have one (1) account at kingclub. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same name, different email addresses, different phone numbers, or different IPs — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. This includes:

• Full name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document
• Exact date of birth
• An active and accessible email address
• A valid Malaysia phone number
• Bank or e-wallet details to be used for transactions

Kingclub reserves the right to request document verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or transactions exceeding certain limits. The KYC process typically involves submitting a copy of a valid Malaysian MyKad or passport.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Kingclub accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, direct bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrencies. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 10 for most payment methods.

Regarding withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method that registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• The withdrawal process is typically completed within one (1) hour for DuitNow and e-wallet methods, and within two (2) hours for standard bank transfers.
• Kingclub does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals made via local Malaysia payment methods.

• Kingclub reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for verification or fraud investigation purposes, subject to notifying the member concerned.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Kingclub offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and a VIP program. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer.

The general terms applicable to all kingclub bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be used for play within the kingclub platform and cannot be transferred to other members.
• Each bonus has wagering requirement that must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. This requirement is typically between 10x and 30x depending on the bonus type.
• Kingclub reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, systematic risk reduction, or attempts to meet bonus requirements without genuine risk.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

6 Game Rules

All games offered through the kingclub platform — including Live Casino, Slots, Fish Shooting Games, and Sports Betting — operate in accordance with industry-standard rules set by their respective game providers. kingclub acts as a platform operator and not a direct game provider.

• Game results generated by the RNG (Random Number Generator) system are final and cannot be disputed.
• Live Casino game outcomes depend on the actions of a real dealer and are final once the round is closed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay that prevents a round from being completed, kingclub will resolve the case fairly based on saved system records.
• Kingclub is not responsible for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Kingclub operates a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraud, collusion, or attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to play or make betting decisions
• Collusion between players to cheat the system or other players in multiplayer games
• Money laundering — using the platform to process illicit funds or conceal the origin of funds
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the infrastructure of the kingclub platform

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Kingclub reserves the right to close or suspend any member account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Confirmation that the registration information provided is false or misleading
• At the member's own request — including self-exclusion requests related to responsible gaming
• Upon instruction from a competent authority
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the kingclub customer support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method once the verification process is complete, provided no terms violations are involved.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

Kingclub shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses resulting from game outcomes, service disruptions beyond our control, or actions of third parties.

Kingclub's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

Kingclub believes gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a source of stress or financial hardship. We provide a range of tools to help members manage their playing habits:

• Daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits — set a limit so you do not deposit more than you can afford
• Loss limits — set the maximum amount you can lose within a given period
• Session time limits — limit the amount of time you spend playing each day
• Temporary self-exclusion — take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanently close your account if you feel it is necessary

12 Terms Amendment & Governing Law

Kingclub reserves the right to amend, update, or add to any section of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect.

This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in kingclub's jurisdiction of registration. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days, and if unresolved, through a mutually agreed arbitration process.
